I am a 3rd year medical student at barts. I found this book incredibly useful, our surgery module learning objectives seem almost to be taken from this book. Beyond this though, it is a very well written book, it contains a lot of detail about various conditions and procedures (but not too much) and it is very easy to read unlike books such as kumar and clarke (so it is a lot quicker to get work done). I would thoroughly recommend this book.
