5.0 out of 5 stars Excellent read! Written well!
Verified PurchaseThe textbook is pack with real life examples. For benefit of the student, instruction are reiterated, and the author's writing style begs you to continue reading an finish the book. This textbook is a keeper!
I have the electronic copy, one minor disappointment, the speech feature is turned off at request of the publisher. At the price paid, no feature should be turned off, security concerns should be handled in another manner. After all, I would use the speech feature for review and memorization.

4.0 out of 5 stars Corporate upward mobility
Verified PurchasePerfect reference in aiding research efforts in bringing the organizational behavioral and emotional intelligence competencies in line with each other in formulating a new paradigm. A paradigm that will enhance corporate upward mobility trough bottom up application than opposed to top down, single focused rhetorical leadership training.

5.0 out of 5 stars It's a pretty interesting read
Verified PurchaseI purchased this book for a class (as will probably every single person who reads this). There is a new edition for this book, but luckily my professor said it was okay to purchase the 15th edition. Very few things are apparently different from the 15th to the 16th edition, but what those differences are - I don't know. It's a pretty interesting read, especially if you enjoy learning about Organizational behavior. It was a fun class, and I enjoyed reading the book.
I thought about giving it 4 stars because... well it's a text book, and I'm not one to say that I "love" textbooks - but it was pretty good for a text book, so I can't fault it for being a text book.

3.0 out of 5 stars The book falls apart!
Verified PurchaseI enjoy the layout and content of the book, but it was very poorly constructed. For as expensive as it was, I would have expected it to stand up to being read and carried in a back pack. It did not. It began falling apart as soon as I started using it! I know that it is probably required text and you need to buy it, but be aware that it does not stand up to much of anything!!!
