I ordered this book somewhat hoping that it would come with helpful diagrams, because, hey, the book is about graphics. However, due to a printing error, none of those diagrams showed up in the book! I exchanged the book, thinking a new copy would contain those diagrams; however, upon receiving the replacement version today, it still has no diagrams!!! I would think Amazon would have enough quality control to open up the book and realize it's missing one of, if not the, most important parts of the book, especially considering that both copies had the same exact problem. I am very dissatisfied with this purchase.

I bought this book for my engineering design class, and there is one huge problem. There are no diagrams/graphics/pictures in the book. All text. The book itself will refer to a diagram, and will create a heading for a diagram, but there is only blank space. It seems like other people have had this problem too. I recommend buying from a bookstore; Amazon probably has a whole batch of these not printed thoroughly.
