Verbose - poorly written - grammer errors

Difficult to follow at times. Seems to wander in a swirl looking for a point. Some diagrams confusing, cryptic, while others are obvious with little value.

Update: Having completed the course, I eventually, during the course, put this textbook "on-the-shelf" and spent additional time seeking out alternative sources that met the learning objectives. It's over-stuffed.

Update 2: how about some helpful punctuation? Here's an example from the text:
" It is only by accepting that in a continuous improvement philosophy these cycles quite literally never stop that improvement becomes part of every person’s job."

An improvement might be:
Only by accepting that in a continuous improvement philosophy, these cycles quite literally never stop, that improvement becomes part of every person’s job.
