5.0 out of 5 stars Der perfekte Blick auf das große Ganze
Reviewed in Germany on 14 January 2018

3.0 out of 5 stars too much on structure
Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 13 August 2013

This text is relatively expensive albeit clearly written and concise. Strong points include the integration of agency theory with Stakeholders. Weak points include too many chapters devoted to structure, at least 4. Daft et al (2010) achieves this in one chapter. Despite being marketed as an International Edition the focus is upon the large US multinationals with no reference to SMEs/public sector.
