Pharmaceutics is one of the most diverse subject areas in all of pharmaceutical science. In brief, it is concerned with the scientific and technological aspects of the design and manufacture of dosage forms or medicines. An understanding of pharmaceutics is therefore vital for all pharmacists and those pharmaceutical scientists who are involved with converting a drug or a potential drug into a medicine that can be delivered safely, effectively and conveniently to the patient. Great for pharmacy/pharmaceutics students! Must have!

The book itself has helped me throughout the course of my degree. It it a bit long-winded and sometimes difficult to understand, but maybe it is because i dislike pharmaceutics! The product did take a long time for it to arrive. I ordered it a month or two before my exams, and i had no idea that it was coming from India (do not know what seller i purchased it from, pretty sure it said UK). It decided to be delivered on the day of my exams after i had sat the exam! Since then, i have used it for other modules, and as i said, it has helped a lot! I do recommend this book!
