This title is directed primarily towards health care professionals outside of the United States. Applying the RLT Model in Practice has been written to enable students and their teachers in both Higher Education and clinical practice to explore the different dimensions of the model through a variety of case studies and exercises .The case studies can be viewed as ‘triggers’ for student problem-solving skills in using the Model. Many of the exercises are aimed at enabling readers to find evidence to support nursing activities. The authors have incorporated an international perspective throughout the text.

A must have when writing about care planning and assessment.

I'm a student nurse and found this book invaluable when writing my care study essay, I've used it for almost all of my essays so far. Each Activity of Living is discussed in great detail and is applied to a wide range of patients in different clinical settings. Its can be used for both the hospital and community patient. I guarantee this book will open your eyes on how in depth assessing patients can be, you will find so much information that you would never have thought of asking before which will only strengthen your nursing practice. I would recommend it to anyone at any stage of their nursing career, student or qualified alike.

Very useful book but delivered in a bad condition

Extremely useful book, would highly recommend if you a student nurse.
However, despite quick delivery the book itself arrived in a bad condition. Corners were torn and cover was creased. I ordered this as a brand new edition.

As a student nurse, this was a great book for easy writing and full of useful stuff we need to know! I've only just finished my first year but I wouldn't be surprised if it comes in useful for the next two!!
