MLL316 Question Approaches

30 pages

6,817 words

These notes are a definitive guide in answering questions regarding each area covered by the unit, from ownership issues to offshore regulation and climate change issues (amongst others). They're structured in such a way as to provide a very brief summary of each topic, with relevant principles from various cases, and guides to approaching a fact-based question.

As the exam for this unit looks less at problem-based questions, but rather discussions on the principles behind particular legislation and mining processes, these are more substantial and go beyond the scope of a basic IRAC answer structure. They provide sufficient information to be able to answer both problem and discussion-based questions.
