Semester 2, 2014

Civil Practice Exam Notes

236 pages

83,604 words

These notes are ideal for both studying throughout the semester and bringing in to an open-book exam. Readings in Civil Practice can be quite dense and time-consuming, so these notes are a fast way to keep on top of your course content.

I have written these notes by referring to textbooks, journal articles, cases and legislation. There are some case notes to provide examples about the rules of civil practice and how civil proceedings are conducted. I have also extracted sections from the Civil Procedure Act 2005 (NSW) and the UCPR so that you can easily refer to them in your exam and learn them for legal practice.

I hope these notes assist you with your law studies.
