Family Law: Problem-Solving Notes

34 pages

14,370 words

These notes are accessible to all Family Law students, whether you want a general overview of how the course is going to teach you property settlement, or if you need notes in the last minute before your exam to help you write a response to a problem.

I have set out the notes in a way that will assist you in organising your response according to the "Stanford" steps, which also considers issues of superannuation, spousal/de facto maintenance and child support.

There are also case notes within the document to help you strengthen your argument and there are extracted sections from legislation.

I hope these notes help you :).
