Contracts - FULLY COMPREHENSIVE NOTES & EXAM SUMMARY

Description

I used to receive a distinction mark in Contracts for Semester 1, 2017. I have included notes for ALL READINGS and a super condensed SUMMARY for use in the exam (Total 132 pages). These notes are fully comprehensive, covering all the relevant topics and cases. The cases and topics are colour coded for easy reference and are organised according to the reading guide. I have also included some extremely helpful diagrams which explain the key relationships between parties and the concepts in relation to contract law. The second portion of the notes includes a super comprehensive 15 PAGE EXAM SUMMARY, with all concepts broken down for use in the problem question. It provides an excellent SCAFFOLD for answering exam questions, to help achieve the best possible mark.
