Description

I have compiled a set of complete Torts notes/structures using the required textbook, seminar discussions, and personal research which I used to achieve 80% overall in the subject.

These notes will be extremely helpful to answer the weekly Problem Questions with ease and achieve excellent marks for both Class Participation and the final exam.

Features:
- Completely organised by each topic in order (Semester 2, 2017)
- Summarised for relevance and convenience in the final exam (overall very succinct, although negligence is very in-depth as it will be the main tort in the exam - also best with use of tabs during the final exam)
- Cases are highlighted in yellow while legislation in green, making them incredibly easy to identify
- Elements are numbered and easily identifiable
- Structured in a step-by-step way that provides guidance in answering a variety of different scenarios (Parties > Tort > Elements > Defences > Conclusion)
