Evidence Case Notes

131 pages

41,331 words

These notes include in depth case summaries for ALL cases. The notes are organised so that the cases are listed under each relevant topic heading so they can easily be located. For all of the important cases (most cases provided by the lecturer) the notes include, the case name, related topic(s), reasoning and principles (broken down by each judge) and facts/issues of the case. Less important cases still include facts, reasoning and principles of each case. A short "how to" answer problem questions guide has been included for some key topics.
