Legal Theory is the only close-book exam in JD compulsory subjects.

I almost remembered everything in this note and got very high mark for final exam.

You don't need to learn every theorist's article - you can pick up which question you want to answer for midterm essay and final exam

So it is important to choose 50% - 70% of all prescribed theories in the Reading Guide that attract you, and read them very very carefully, until remember/recite the important points. These 20 theorists and articles are what I personally found easier to understand.

I believe my summary of these 20 articles will help you catch the main points more quickly and understand the theory more easily.
