Torts Comprehensive Note - near H1

107 pages

107 words

This note is a very detailed and comprehensive one - can be used along your study during the semester or for final exam prep.

It has all relevant information you need to know in this course, including SM readings, textbook paragraphs and cases that seem unimportant. I listened to both Martin and Ian's lectures and found slight difference in some parts. My note is based on Reading Guide and Textbook so some cases were not taught or explained in detail in class but I read the textbook and put them in.

I simply took this note to final exam but this is because I know the content very well. For a prospective note buyer, I would suggest you to make your own 10-page or 15-page exam checklist/sheet/flowchart based on this detailed note.
