I found this course super interesting. The lecturer is really knowledgeable, but does not communicate this knowledge well. This course requires a lot of time to learn topics on your own. As a side note, don’t buy the textbook. I didn’t and still got a distinction.

The lecturer was very knowledgeable but not a great teacher at all. Questions practice in class are nothing like the exams or assignment questions

The lecturer was very knowledgeable but not a great teacher. Very frustrating to have workshop format for such a heavy course. PASS would help a lot.

It was a very difficult subject and had only just been made a workshop course. Not well done as you are expected to figure it out yourself, and you only get 2 hours of class time.

As I have a mathematics background I found this course fairly easy but the material was still quite interesting. A great alternative to STAT
