Glenrock State Conservation Reserve

Organised by:
Exchange Student Network

Explore Newcastle's natural beauty with us! Located 10 minutes south of the CBD, Glenrock Reserve is a beautiful nature park located on the coast.

We will be taking a leisurely walk through the bush as we wind our way down to the beach. The beach is one of the quietest in Newcastle, so we will likely have it to ourselves. Bring swimmers, frisbees, footballs, etc...you will be free to do whatever you want once we get to the beach. (Just don't stray too far, we don't want anyone getting lost)

We recommend you bring something to eat as we will be out for about 5 hours. There is NO WATER AVAILABLE once we leave the university, so make sure your bottle is filled up before we board the bus.

Meet us at the Design Bus Stop at 10:30 AM on Saturday the 11th of March. From there the bus will take us to Glenrock and drop us back at the same bus stop at 4:30 PM.

This event is FREE and there are limited spots available so get in quick! To book a spot on the bus make sure you 'buy' a free ticket on our TidyHQ website.

Keep in mind the limited spots are only for the bus to and from the university. If you're able to make your own way to Glenrock to meet us there, you're more than welcome too! You can meet us at the Scout Camp at the end of Scout Camp road at 11:15 AM :)
