The John Flynn Placement Program (JFPP) is a unique scholarship placement opportunity! Successful applicants will be placed across Australia for an 8 week scholarship placement spanning your degree. What this includes:
- learning through real experience in a placement community
- A rural Doctor acting as your mentor
- A community contact to show you around the community
- $500 per week of your placement to help with food and accommodation costs
- Flight tickets and transport paid for your journey to and from your placement
- Contacts for future endeavours

This is a prestigious scholarship and past students have described the event as eye opening and exciting! Students have had the chance to explore new places, learn new skills and to also see and do procedures on placement that they haven't encountered at uni yet!
