Training camp is open to Fossil-Free campaigners, WASEN folk and anyone interested in developing fundamental organising skills for social change. The workshops will introduce grassroots strategy that will enable you to build community and empower others. We will also have an open collaborative space for discussions and skillshare lead by you.

Saturday will hold space for discussion, open skillsharing and radical education with WASEN folk. Saturday afternoon/night with be a cultural immersion session and fireside with respected Nyoongar Elders, Fairbridge Cultural educators, husband and wife team Koodah and Sue Cornwall. Sunday will involve facilitated workshops on community organising and campaign strategy (related to Fossil-Free Uni campaigns/skills adaptable to all)

Currently Perth has one active Fossil Free Uni campaign. This camp is an opportunity to share strategy, ideas and skills to re-activate other campaigns on campus in WA; as well as holding a space to address anti-oppression, sustainable activism, building/maintaining collectives and media, messaging & digital security.

Myaravale Farm:
There is limited (15ppl) sheltered accommodation/unlimited camping space.
Cost: $50 (covering camp accommodation + food + cultural coordinator expenses)
