Dr Helen Golder is an expert on the topic of ruminant acidosis, with her work increasing the understanding of ruminal acidosis in dairy cattle. Her research fields include ruminal acidosis, dairy nutrition, rumen bacteria and field studies and she was awarded the Veterinary Science Foundation PhD Excellence Award for her thesis on ruminal acidosis. Helen is currently the Research Director at Scibus, a company dedicated to providing a better life for livestock producers and consumers. She is making a special trip to Perth to present to BIG on her research and its practical application!
