badly organised, teaching was mediocre at best.

Lectures are unorganised and usually doesn't complement with the stuff you do in labs. If you have no background in physics but really need to do physics for your career pathway, then I suggest you go to every single lab and smash it. Do all the preliminary questions and make sure they are all right. Go to the PASS tutor session and seriously ask for help for every single tutor or mastering physics question you don't get.
