Want to exercise but lack the motivation to do so? Daniel Challenge, a six week health program, promises to bring you better physical, mental and spiritual health. In Friday evenings we run health workshops, in which health activists from different fields will talk about health principles from the Bible and in Sunday mornings we exercise together as a group too!
