“Choose a job you love and you will never have to work a day in your life”.
Love the sound of this? Have a degree in Law, Commerce, Engineering, Logistics/supply chain, Finance or Economics ? Coles will help you find the career you will love!
In conjunction with Coles, Masa is hosting a Coles information session whereby Coles will introduce the different Emerging Talent Programs offered by the company. In particular the information session will focus on Procurement.
Based in Melbourne, the Store Support Centre Graduate Program is an award-winning generalist program offering graduates the opportunity to not only rotate through different teams but also experience different functions across the business, providing them with a great insight into the dynamic and innovative world of retail!
Coles also offer specialist programs in Finance, Product Technology and Product Development teams. In these specialist streams, graduates will spend the two years building technical expertise in their dedicated area, rotating through different teams in this space.
Coles also offer a vacation program (6 week program) for students in the penultimate year of university, and an internship program (10 month program) offered to students in their final year of university.
What is Procurement?
Coles spends over $3.5 billion on goods not for resale and the procurement team manages this spend, avoiding risk and ensuring we’re able to reinvest savings in value for customers in store.
From Marketing Agencies to Trolley Collection Services, Procurement partners with all brands to drive Category Strategies, go to market execution and supplier performance management programs.
Example rotations: Procurement Transformation, Store Operations and Capital, Supply Chain, Marketing and Corporate Services
