The Monash Business School presents: An evening with renowned French economist Professor Thomas Piketty.

Professor Piketty will be giving a free public lecture at the Melbourne Town Hall this Friday at 6pm. The lecture is titled "Reflections on inequality and capital in the 21st Century".

Described as the 'Beyoncé of celebrity economists' by the Sydney Morning Herald, Professor Piketty is the author of the bestseller 'Capital in the 21st century' (2013). He is also a professor at École des hautes études en sciences sociales (EHESS) in France and the London School of Economics, specialising in economic inquality.
