To all members of Monash University Hindu Society,

This Event is an invitation to attend our clubs Annual General Meeting, to be held on Friday 23rd of September from 12 – 2pm, venue TBA.

I am immensely proud to say we have had a successful year, running many more events than we have in the past and even collaborating for the first time with Monash Indian Cultural Society. However, we as a committee recognise that these successes wouldn’t be possible without the support of all our loyal club members, and for that we thank you sincerely.

To end the year on a high note MUHS would like to invite all our club members to attend the AGM. Join us in reflecting upon the activities of the year, contributing ideas for events to be run in 2017 and electing a new board of committee members to lead the club in becoming even bigger and better than before. Free food and drink will also be provided to all who attend.

For anyone who is interested in being a part of the committee, the following roles are currently up for re-election:
- President
- Vice President
- Treasurer
- Secretary
- Marketing Director
- Grants & Sponsorship officer
- Sales leader
- Head of Sub-Committee

To apply for a role, the following requirements must be satisfied:
- Must be a current Clayton enrolled student
- Must be a current member of MUHS for a minimum of 5 Days

To be eligible to vote for new committee members, the following requirements must be satisfied
- Must be a current Clayton enrolled student
- Must be a current member of MUHS for a minimum of 15 Days

Samhitha Dayanand will be acting as the clubs Returning Officer and overseeing the election process for the AGM.
