The Monash Association of Debaters has the great pleasure of inviting you to attend its annual Vice-Chancellor's Public Debate, held on Monday October 3rd, and moderated by the Pro Vice-Chancellor, Professor David Copolov.

Held in the scenic surrounds of beautiful Clayton Campus, the Public Debate is MAD's most prestigious public event, and allows students the opportunity to watch distinguished public figures debate engaging contemporary issues.

The topic for this year's debate is:
'That we should deny a platform to people with racist or bigoted views.'

Mr Jason Ball - Greens candidate for Higgins and LGBTQ advocate
Ms Sonya Kilkenny MP - ALP Member for Carrum

Ms Molly Dale - Monash Association of Debaters

We invite guests to arrive from 5pm, and light refreshments will be available.
