The IRAC method that they use is too rigid and becomes redundant later on. It is strictly followed here and in Torts only.

Make sure that you write down cases next to rules as you make your notes because you will need them to support your answers.

We could have benefited from longer tutorials, but the lecture content was pretty interesting. The hypothetical assignment is tricky - make sure you start working on that one nice and early. Also, pay attention to the lectures - he gives good detail on the cases. In our final, most of the hypothetical questions were based upon cases he had talked about during lectures. The trick to doing well in tutorial participation is to come to classes prepared, and don't be afraid to share your answers during the tutorial. Also, you don't have to read every single word of the textbooks - it's good to, but focus mostly on the lectures.
