Interesting content. If you have worked in business before a lot will be irrelevant. Would like to make more realistic with some learnings

Make sure you get the textbook or stay on top of lectures because you need to know the terminology for the final exam. Assignments were marked quite hard but am happy with the fact they changed the assessments to be all individual based.

Full of pointless jargon, backronyms, cliches and, at times, questionable logic with arbitrary importance. The textbook reads like somebody's mindless ramblings. Unless it's a required foundation unit, I'd steer well clear.

Pretty easy unit. Just have to keep up to date with lectures and content.

Pretty straight forward if you have ever worked. Pretty easy to get good marks if you try.

Really easy subject to get a good mark in if you keep up with the content and most importantly the terminologies. While lots of the information is general knowledge it's actually the terms and phrases that may stump you in the exam.

Really easy unit, lectures were straight from the textbook, if you look at the unit guide/rubric you can get an easy D to HD. Be sure to get into a good group if you can *this goes for any other unit too!* The unit overall was boring only because it was too easy! ^^

I found this interesting as I am managing a team so I do have some experience, I can see how it would be boring if you don't have that experience. The case studies were interesting but the subsequent presentation on the most part were boring, some groups performed well with others not interesting at all. I did the bare minimum work and got a credit, there are a few topics which seem repetitive but its mainly the terminology you need to be aware of (especially when it comes to the exam).

Simple subject. As long as you know your stuff, you'll get by fine. Presentations take up 90% of the tutorials throughout the semester, use this time to catch up on concepts you haven't quite grasped.

If you're the type to play devil's advocate, it can lead to some fun debates in lectures/class. But it's probably quite boring for those who don't get involved. Not sure how useful it is to teach management as an introductory subject to people who might not manage anyone for a few years, but there is a lot of general use knowledge as well.
