A Challenging subject. Participation is important in this unit as its worth 20% of the overall grade. Tutorials greatly help your understanding of this unit because you are sort of forced to answer questions or at least discuss with your group members. Buying textbook by week 4 means you will know which cases or precedents the tutor is referring to. Assignment is also ok.
