October is Mental Health and Wellbeing Month! To celebrate the importance of mental health and wellbeing, particularly among law students, MULS are holding a series of free events to promote your general cool, calm and collectedness.
Please join us this Friday, 7th October for our first event, Wellbeing Yoga by the Lake.
A professional yoga instructor will be leading the group through a fun and relaxing yoga routine designed to promote mental and physical unwind, next to the picturesque MQ lake.
Please arrive by 12.50 for a 1pm start. The class will finish up at 1.50 to give you time to get back to class. BYO yoga mat or towel. What better excuse for fitness-wear at uni?
