As part of the final day of MULS Mental Health and Wellbeing Month, we are excited to announce that former Justice of the High Court, the Hon Michael Kirby AC CMG will be coming in to speak about mental health in the legal industry and representation of LGBTIQ people in the legal industry. These are important issues for all of us to understand and appreciate. Come along to what is sure to be an insightful and informative talk!

The Hon Michael Kirby AC CMG has been the inaugural Chairman of the Australian Law Reform Commission, a judge in the NSW Supreme Court and Australian High Court, and president of the NSW Court of Appeal. In addition to judicial duties he has been a member of World Health Organisation's Commission on AIDS, a UN Special Representative Human Rights in Cambodia, he has headed up a UN inquiry into human rights violations in North Korea, and many, many other important human rights roles. He was also Chancellor of Macquarie University from 1984-1993, just saying...
