It's time to get lost in the weird and wonderful world of black holes!

Daniel Terno* will be giving MUPAS members a guided tour through some of the unusual (but perfectly normal once you get used to them), aspects of quantum mechanics, general relativity and black holes. In its course questions of information theory pop up from time to time, and quantum entanglement is pointed out as the source and solution of the black hole information loss problem.

There will be plenty of time after Danny's talk to ask him any questions you might have and for all of us to hang out and have a chat. Free pizza, snacks, and drinks will be provided to all MUPAS members who attend . Come along! Things are about to get wacky!
