RMQ's Virtual Walk to Cambodia!

There are 7,253 kms between Sydney and Siem Reap, Cambodia.
Your mission, should you choose to accept it: Walk/Run/Cycle as much as possible, accumulate all your steps/kilometres and report your progress to RMQ, so that as a collective group all participants involved can complete the distance from Sydney to Siem Reap WITHIN ONE WEEK.
Date: 29th February to 6th March (aka. First week of Semester 1 at Macquarie University).
Why: The Rotaract Club of Macquarie University aims to raise as many funds as possible for the Human & Hope Association in Cambodia (http://www.humanandhopeassociation.org/), a non-government organisation working to create sustainable futures for impoverished Cambodians in Siem Reap by providing education, vocational training and community support.
But we can't do it without your help!
Location: Virtually anywhere! Anyone can take part in this campaign, no matter where in the world you live. Simply share the event with all your friends (e.g. via Facebook!) and encourage as many people as possible to get involved!
How we will raise money:

If you want to participate to be in the running to win prizes, you will need to do this before the event week commences!

What you need to do:
Register! You can register either on your own or as a team of people, so make sure you do so well in advance to ensure we get all the correct details! Registration form is:
Firstly, make sure you have a device that can track your steps/kilometres. A pedometer, FitBit, or an app with a pedometer on it will be fine.
Then, email photo evidence of how many steps you have completed that day to be sent to: firstname.lastname@example.org. You MUST email that day's steps to us on the day you complete them, otherwise it will make it much more difficult for us to track how much progress you've done.
We will track everyone's progress throughout the week to pump everyone up and ensure we reach our target!
Winners: Prizes will be awarded after the conclusion of the event to Most Steps Achieved by Individual, Most Steps Achieved by Team, and Most Money Fundraised by Individual.
This event will help you get fit after the summer holidays and also raise money for a really worthwhile cause! So get excited everyone, and get involved!
