Macquarie University C5A 315

Organised by:
Actuarial Student's Society (ASSOC)

Ever sat in a maths/stat lecture wondering, “Where will I use this knowledge in my future career?"

Do you know the different paths of an actuarial graduate?

University units are very theoretical but sometimes you want to see the real world… Right?
We have a solution for you!

ASSOC is running a unique event aimed to bridge the gap between university and the workplace. Hear from our very own actuarial peers who have gone through this process. With internship experiences and excellent academic records, our panelists are willing to share their experiences and perspectives to help YOU succeed. The event will be held across two mornings in the second week of the mid-semester break and there will be a limit of sign-ups at 40 applicants!

Whether you are a first year trying to work out what an actuary does, or a second/third year applying for internships/grad roles, this event is sure to provide deeper insight into the actuarial profession.
