Dive La Trobe

Organised by:
Dive La Trobe

To commemorate the 150th Anniversary of the sinking of the S.S. City of Launceston, Heritage Victoria has granted several pemits to recreational dive clubs for scuba divers to access the protected site of the wreck.

Dive Latrobe has been lucky to be granted two dive permits to access the protected site.

- Permit 1: Sunday 15th November 2:00pm-3:30pm
- Permit 2: Saturday 21st November 8:00am-9:30am

There are limited places available for each of these dates. Members must email info@divelatrobe.org.au to secure a place. Places will be allocated on a first in, first served basis. If you are available for both days, please indicate so in the email.

Pricing is as per normal dive prices for a single dive ($30). Additional dives on the day are subject to driver availability and can not be guaranteed at this stage.

Unfortnately, due to CIty of Launceston lying in 20-25m of water, this opportunity is only open to Advanced Open qualified divers and above.
