James Cook University Law Students' Society Presents the annual Social Justice Lecture Series with Simon Breheny - Director of Policy at Institute of Public Affairs (IPA).

Simon is regularly published in the nation's biggest newspapers and appears on current affairs programs including; the Australian, the Australian Financial Review, the Sydney Morning Herald, ABC's Q&A, the Project and Weekend Sunrise.

Simon has also appeared as an expert witness before the Senate Legal and Constitutional Affairs Legislation Committee, the Parliamentary Joint Committee on Intelligence and Security, Legal and Constitutional Affairs References Committee.

While studying Bachelor of Laws/Bachelor of Arts, Simon was President of the Melbourne University Law Students' Society, Vice-President (Careers) of the Victorian Council of Law Students' Societies and Director of Logistics on the Australian Law Students' Association (ALSA).
