The JCU Law Students' Society presents the annual Mayo Lecture, our yearly public lecture held to honour the late Ms Marilyn Mayo, JCU's first teacher of law.
This year we are proud to Present Professor Rosalind Croucher AM, the President of the Australian Law Reform Commission.
Professor Croucher will be presenting on the ever important topic of civil liberties with the topic of "The Common Law and the Protection of Rights, Freedoms and Privileges: Insights from the ALRC Freedoms Inquiry"
