About Our Speakers:
Dr Nadim Cody has worked extensively for Médecins Sans Frontiérs in South Sudan and the Autonomous Region of Bougainville in Paupa New Guinea and will bring his tales form abroad to describe the work that MSF does, how they do it and how you can become involved.

JCU's own graduate (and past-SANTÉ president) Dr Laura Koefler co-founded Run To Better Days during her time here at JCU. She will speak to us about how students can be part of the fight to end global poverty, and describe the most effective avenues to channel all that altruistic energy we have generated throughout the night!
