The item description states an “Introduction to Audiology, Enhanced Pearson eText -- Access Card” is included, however I only received the black-and-white textbook, no access card! The anatomy figures in the textbook are not very high quality for a book of this price.

Paying so much money for a book that’s printed in black and white? And is sealed, so when it becomes non-returnable you find out about the quality. Not cool
