    Allerhöchster Lerneffekt, wenn man sich die Mühe macht, wirklich konzentriert dieses Buch zu studieren. Sehr angenehm, daß nutzlose, sogenannte "einleitende Bemerkungen" gänzlich fehlen. Also nur für die tatsächliche Befundung wichtige Fakten, Fakten, Fakten. Oberflächliches Lesen ist wegen der Komplexität und der Masse der dargebotenen informationen nicht immer möglich, aber je länger man sich mit dieser speziellen Präsentation des radiologisch - pathologischen Wissens auseinandersetzt, desto effizienter lernt man.

    Die tausend Seiten teilen sich etwa zur Hälfte jeweils in pathology based diagnoses und in anatomy based diagnoses auf.

    ZWEI Schönheitsfehler: Die Pathophysiologie des Schlaganfalls und die Schlaganfalldiagnostik werden leider nicht ausführlich besprochen. Nicht immer suffiziente Darstellung klinischer Aspekte (unter anderem Herpes - Enzephalitis, PML).

    Es gibt keinen Technikteil, die Kenntnis und die Indikationsstellung der Modalitäten werden vorausgesetzt, andererseits wird explizit benannt, was man am besten in welcher Untersuchung sehen kann, und welche Untersuchung nicht weiterführend sind.

    Dieses Buch stellt nur den INTRAKRANIELLEN Aspekt des Fachs Neuroradiologie dar, Kopf und Hals werden im Weltklassebuch von Mr Harnsberger abgehandelt.

    Alles in allem: best buy! post scriptum: Bitte nicht den Forsting, Jansen, Sartor kaufen - der ist echt mies und seine 130€ nicht wert.
