I had one of these in massage school and it was the best tool available at the time, before there were 3D DVDs that you could learn muscles from. This was the best learning tool for me as a visual learner. Because they're a black and white outline of all of the skeletal muscles including the origin, insertion, innervation and actions. Other editions of this book aren't as easy to use. I've been in practice now for seven years and I just ordered another one because my original book is now falling apart! I refer to it to help clients understand what muscles we're working on.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great tool to learn and review
Verified PurchaseIf you are a student in the medical field or someone who works in the field, this is a great tool to have around. With all those muscles and bones and origins and insertions to remember, it's a good idea to have a copy of this book handy in case you blank on something! Great for studying and learning about the body! If you are a student I highly recommend picking up a copy!
