    グラスゴー大学の書籍部で１０年以上前に購入した本ですが、未だに手放せない貴重な本です。とにかく分かり易い！何故、こんなに分かり易いのか、分からない！？この本で学生時代に化学を学んでいたら-----。内容をよく理解している方が執筆しているに違いありません。これは8版です。ただ、ハードカバーなので職場と自宅間を鞄に入れ持ち歩くには重すぎる（車通勤の方なら苦にならないかも）。数年前、もう一冊欲しくて探したのですがこの版が見当たらず。やむなく他の版を購入したのですが、駄目！この版でないと私に合わない（笑！）とあきらめていたのですが、先日アマゾンでこの版を発見！迷わず即注文。これで、職場と自宅に各１冊。持ち歩かずに済みました。有り難いことです。
