    Confucius says: " I hear and I forget. I see and I remember. I do and I understand."

    This is a great book to help a student to prepare for examination. The beauty is that many techniques are offered to remember well logically what you have studied and not gone waste. You need only a few techniques that are comfortable and easy to associate with. And work and prepare your study with the procedural outline recommended by the author. This book is easy to understand full with illustrations and drawings. Of course, the student needs to put efforts into these techniques, "I do and I understand." And can be used for a lifetime.
    At 72, I studied TCM in English using some of these techniques which I learned earlier in schools and universities.. Having to brave through 9 examinations, and passed. I bought this book recently, as a gift for a teenager to assist him with less stress for his "O" Level next year.
