'This book provides an excellent overview of the complex field of change management. Relevant theories are clearly explained and closely linked to practical examples and exercises. Thoroughly recommended.' - Katie Truss, Director of the Centre for Research in Employment, Skills and Society; Professor of Leadership, HRM and Organization, Faculty of Business and Law, Kingston University, UK 'This is an excellent overview to the body of knowledge connected to the theory and management of change. 5.0 out of 5 stars A terrific university teaching resource
Verified PurchaseI teach Change Management at the Bachelor, Master and Doctoral level in Asia and was looking for a thorough text that was not American. This text by a British academic is refreshingly well written and organized. Rather than the usual tiresome and predictable examples of US texts, we are introduced to other organizations such as the BBC; MSF; NHS. The book has concise chapter summaries and length-perfect case studies, discussion questions and activities. Easy to navigate and comprehend. I am ordering copies for all my change courses.
