I've read this book cover to cover a few times, both during school and while studying for boards. I found it to be very well organized and easy to comprehend. This book is an incredibly valuable resource that you can refer to repeatedly throughout optometry school. The chapters are arranged in a systematic way, which makes the book easy to follow. The illustrations are aid in understanding and complement the written content very well. This book is definitely worth investing in.

5.0 out of 5 stars Fantastic!
Verified PurchaseThis text is an excellent course in ocular anatomy for the optometry or ophthalmology student. I used it as an optometry student and it continues to serve me well in clinical practice. Logical, easy to read, and accessible, this text is a great foundation in understanding the eye.

5.0 out of 5 stars Good Overview
Verified PurchaseGreat book with very useful diagrams. I used it to prepare for the Optometry Boards Part1. It is not the most detailed but it's a great start to get a general overview of anatomy and histology.
