"Reducing the Stigma Surrounding Mental Health in the Legal Profession"

Wellbeing Week is always a good time, full of freebies and fun activities! However we mustn't forget that there is a serious message behind all of this. 1 in 3 law students/legal professionals will experience mental illness at some point in their lifetime.

Unfortunately there is still a lot of stigma surrounding mental health. FLSA is hosting a panel session to encourage a conversation to address this issue.

The panel session is on Wednesday 14 October 2015 at 6pm at Flinders Victoria Sq.
Tickets are $5 for premium members, $10 non-premium members and can be purchased here: http://flsa.org.au/activities/get-tickets/

The panelists will be:
1. Chief Justice Kourakis - Chief Justice of the Supreme Court of South Australia
2. Marie Jepson - Co-founder of the Tristan Jepson Memorial Foundation
3. Brenda Barnett - Senior Solicitor at the Crown Solicitors Office
4. Fiona Stevens - Psychologist at Central Psychology Services

The session will be moderated by:
Trevor Edmond - Managing Partner at Wallmans Lawyers

There are only 50 seats available so get in quick!
