the lectures were near pointless, they assessed us on content we hadn't learnt, and the tutorials were long, repetitive and tedious. Poor communication and poor teaching.

This subject is a challenge. In 2016 the tutorers gave mixed information and marks were very confusing. However the skills are vital for studying and practicing law, so it is important to grasp the concepts in this unit.
