CSLS recognises how important it is for law students to maintain their mental health and wellbeing given the competitive nature and workload that is an inherent part of a law degree. In turn, students can experience high levels of stress, anxiety or even depression.
With this in mind, the newly established Wellbeing Portfolio has been working on creating the ultimate wellness guide containing information from health professionals, healthy recipes and tips and tricks from law students to equip students with the skills to reduce stress and ensure a healthier state of mind.
So, we’re proud to announce the launch of the Wellbeing Guide on World Mental Health Day!

WHERE: At the City Campus Law School
The Wellbeing Guide will be made available online, with a few copies available at the launch.
At the launch, we’ll have snacks to nibble on, freebies, and an activity to get involved in to kick off Mental Health Week!
