The ANU International Law Society is kicking off semester 2 with a careers event chaired by Professor Hilary Charlesworth AM.

The panellists for this event are eminent practitioners that will discuss their career paths and the varied types of work available for those interested in international law careers. The panel includes:

Dr Carrie McDougall - Assistant Director in the International Law Section, DFAT.

Anne Sheehan - Assistant Secretary in the Office of International Law in the Attorney-General’s Department.

Colonel Penny Cumming - Director of Operations and Security Law in the Australian Army.

Jo Feldman - Assistant Director in the Investment Policy and Trans-Pacific Partnership Section of the Office of Trade Negotiations.

Netta Goussac - Regional Legal Adviser, International Committee of the Red Cross (ICRC), Regional Delegation in the Pacific.
